Event-specific training plans designed to help you meet your running goals this January! Training plans are available for single races, as well as the full and half Bermuda Triangle Challenge, for both advanced runners who want to PB and those just looking to finish and have some fun along the way.

Our Bermuda Challenge Training Plans have been constructed by world-renowned running coach Jeff Galloway.  Jeff has written over 20 books on running, including North America’s #1 best selling book on running for the past 25 years “Galloway’s Book on Running”.  Jeff has coached over 1 million everyday people on running, and he continues to be a monthly columnist for Runners World Magazine.

Jeff’s specialized Run Walk Run® method and his easy to follow running plans have opened up running to millions of everyday people wishing to finish a distance running event.  The Galloway Method was designed in 1973 to help beginners start running.  Strategic walk breaks allow each runner to control fatigue, virtually eliminating significant running injuries. Numerous surveys show that veterans tend to improve their finish times when they shift to Run Walk Run.
